Day one complete! I might of chickened out to go to the gym today… but I decided to workout in my basement by doing push ups, sit ups, crunches, and even doing cardio dancing as I listened to nightcore haha. I love that music, so upbeat!! I feel great right now and I started my lunch out with a turkey sandwich with an orange and water to drink. I plan to get a subway chopped salad later today before I head to my boyfriend’s house. Well I’m happy to complete day one. Now to look forward to day two on Wed. (since I work on Tue and Thurs I’ll skip my count day)  (:

Alright so this is for myself since I need to motivate myself to workout and I have no one to support me but myself.
Reason one why I need to; barely any of my clothes fit me anymore. I have a few outfits, but none of my dresses fit and my summer shorts don’t fit me either :/
Reason two: I need to be less stessed. I’m consistently stressed about school since I need a certain grade for my major. So this might be a way to help me keep calm and relax a little
Reason three: to be healthy, I need to eat better since all I eat is fast food :/
Reason four: I’m going on a trip with my boyfriend and his family and it makes me so nervous to be in a swimsuit around them
Well I hope these convince me enough to get off my ass and workout!! (:
